Commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax and Employee Incentives lawyer of 4 or more years’ PQE. As a Corporate Tax and Incentives specialist, you will provide a premium service to our clients, ensuring the advice and support is of the highest quality. Over time you will be expected to develop into a sector expert and be viewed as a business advisor by clients.
As a Corporate Tax and Employee Incentives Senior Associate/Managing Associate you can expect to:
1. Work closely with the Partners in the team and run your own caseload of Corporate tax and Incentives matters.
2. Lead Incentives projects (with appropriate supervision from Partners) and handle client relationships (both internally and externally).
3. Actively engage and drive forward business development and supported in taking responsibility for the development of areas of the practice.
4. Supervise and support newly qualified Associates and Trainees within the team.

Therefore, whilst you can expect to receive training to develop your own skills and knowledge, you will also be expected to play a central role in developing the more junior members of the team to ensure they reach their potential, whilst also encouraging your own development, with a clear pathway to progression.
Whilst the ideal candidate will have experience in both Corporate Tax and Incentives, we also welcome applications from candidates with a skill set and experience in just one of these practice areas. If you have Corporate Tax experience you will have a broad understanding of UK Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT and Stamp Duty Land Tax. You will also be a forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills and will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
