Our client, a leader in waste and recycling solutions, is expanding and looking for a National Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and manage key accounts—helping companies in the construction and demolition sectors manage their waste more efficiently.
What You’ll Do
1. Win new business in the waste and recycling industry, focusing on construction and demolition waste solutions, with opportunity to look Nationally.
2. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
4. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing high-value contracts.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new market opportunities.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored waste management solutions.
What You’ll Need
1. Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in waste management, recycling, construction, or related industries.
2. A hunter mentality with a strong track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work independently while staying connected with a wider team.
5. Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
6. A Full UK Driving License.
