We are looking for enthusiastic nurses to join our friendly team on Swift Ward on the St Peter's Hospital site. Swift is a 25 bed acute medical ward specialising in elderly care. You will need to be a highly motivated nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care and can demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills. We are looking for individuals that will work effectively and efficiently within the framework of team nursing and individualised patient care, in collaboration with the department's integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care for patients.
You will be supported with a full induction programme (and preceptorship if you are a new graduate or new to the NHS), continuous professional development, and the opportunity to develop your career.
The post will be fully rotational and will include both day and night duties and cover seven days a week, including bank holidays. Part-time would be considered.
