Teacher-Business Studies
Location: INTO City University of London
Salary: Circa £36,000.00 pa; inclusive of London weighting
Band D
INTO City are seeking to appoint an applicant who can demonstrate excellence in teaching, learning and assessment at NQF Level 3 in Business plus at least one other area of Business Studies (either Accounting or Economics), with the ability to teach all three areas an advantage.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a sensitivity to the cultural and educational needs of international students and will take a broad view approach to students as customers.

INTO CITY is a joint venture partnership between City University of London and INTO, bringing together the academic rigor and expertise in teaching and learning of CITY University of London with INTO’s sector-leading market knowledge, specialist education investment and operational excellence.
The INTO CITY Study Centre is located in the heart of London’s financial district a few minutes’ walk of Liverpool Street station, with excellent transport links across London as well as a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafés.
Working together with our university partners, every year we help thousands of international students begin their journey of realizing their dreams of achieving a degree from a world-class university in the US, UK or China and the important first steps towards their future career. We work with universities to create specialist programs designed specifically for international students.

Requirements
* You will have an Undergraduate or professional qualification in a relevant subject.
* A relevant teaching qualification.
* Communication and team skills are critical to success in the role, as is a goal-, ideas- and solution-focused approach. This must be demonstrated through a strong sense of responsibility to achieving exemplary student engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
