Agility Eco are recruiting for a Head of Quality & Compliance to join the team on a hybrid basis in our Sutton or Aylesbury office. This role is a newly created senior role accountable for overseeing the quality and standards of delivery of retrofit upgrades, and for embedding the right compliance and continuous improvement culture in our business, and in those of our partners. It will span across all retrofit upgrade programmes managed by AgilityEco and is part of the Director of Operations’ leadership team. This role reports directly into the Managing Director. What you’ll be doing: Supporting in mobilisation of new projects to establish highly effective quality plans, and providing client-centric data on installer performance as required. Supporting engagement with installer partners with performance insights and trends and highlighting priority areas for discussion in regular engagements. Supporting in addressing customer services issues, including visiting site when required and providing recommendations on remediations required (and facilitating where necessary) Ensuring onboarding of partners fully aligns with contractual obligations. To ensure that technical assessments of properties comply with PAS2035 standards and are achieving the best outcomes for the household. Ensure consistent and high quality operational delivery in line with specified performance measures, supporting the business to deliver for existing clients and secure further opportunities The Head of Quality & Compliance will lead a team responsible for developing the AgilityEco Quality Management and PAS2035 across the following areas: Maintaining an active view of partners’ technical proficiency, operating procedures and practices and other “licence to operate” requirements. Adding value for our partners by providing required guidance and information, sharing performance analysis, and collaborating to improve performance Managing the AgilityEco mid and post installation inspection framework and actions arising, including high quality technical critique and support. Embedding SHEQ requirements in all aspects of AgilityEco’s quality assurance framework and supporting partners to work in line with their obligations. Leading AgilityEco’s engagement with quality assurance bodies and shaping the AgilityEco approach to align with accountabilities of others. Being an advocate for quality within the business and with our partners, and engaging actively in work to raise the quality of outcomes delivered across the industry. What we need from you: Experienced leader with a strong background in the technical compliance in the home energy retrofit sector. Excellent communication and relationship skills, capable of balancing critical friend support and challenge, with a strong line on essential quality standards. A true collaborator who can work across the AgilityEco business, share expertise and raise the bar by example. Analytical approach to performance – able to use data to proactively identify and address issues.
