Key elements of your role?as Reception Manager:
* Ensure all our guests receive a positive,?warm?and professional first impression of the restaurant and be seated at their table?
* Efficiently manage the bookings, toallocatetables equally over all sections of the?
* Restaurant and to stagger times of bookings.
* To manage, train and lead the reception team?
* Provide up to date andaccurateinformation on the Restaurant with a good knowledge of all food and drink offered, as well as specials.?
* Ensure?when necessary, all payment methods are dealt with in the correct manner?
About you:
* You have2years?+ experience in this position?
* Solution-driven individual?able to work?under the pressure of peak service?
* You love to wow guests with exceptional service?
* You have excellent English language skills?
* You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair?
