My client is an established organisation currently looking for a part time HR Officer to join their friend team is Cheshunt. Reporting directly to the Department Director you will be responsible for the following duties: Managing the recruitment process Setting up and sending out employment contracts Dealing with all starters and leavers Processing payroll Provide updates and ensure compliance with professional standards Ensure employment law, HR policies and procedures are applied correctly Control the performance review programme to deliver continuous employee development For this role you will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified and able to work from the office. The client is offering 8 hours per week. HR experience is a must.
