What we are looking for: A full UK drivers’ licence is essential, access to a vehicle is highly desirable. A detailed understanding of housing issues, policies and procedures, including Regulatory Standards and Tenant Satisfaction Measures. An understanding of the current issues surrounding social housing and how these affect our customers' lives and needs. Adaptable to meet the travel requirements of the post with the needs of the business, including working remotely or from any of the Group’s offices. Highly developed communication, negotiation and mediation and active listening skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and external partner agencies while working as an integral part of a team are essential. Demonstrable administration skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages and inhouse systems with proven ability to interpret data, effectively plan workload, adapt to changing priorities, and meet targets and deadlines.
