The School Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the School Office and provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The School Reception and School Office are the first points of contact at the School and set high standards for customer service and attention to detail.
The post-holder will have responsibility for line management of the School Office team. The team currently comprises the School Receptionist, the Registration & School Office Administrator, and two SLT Support & School Office Administrators.
The Office Manager and other School Office staff work alongside the Marketing and Events team to ensure the smooth running of all School Events. The School has a busy programme of events including the annual Rose Day and Carol Service, School Fairs, Parents Evenings, and Open Days. There are also many drama and musical performances throughout the school year. The School Office Manager will be expected to attend some of these events.

Working Pattern
During term-time: Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 4.30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. This is a total paid working week of 40 hours.
Outside of term time: there are twenty-five additional days to be worked from 9am to 3pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Days of work outside term-time will be as agreed with your line manager.
The pro-rated salary for this role will be £30,669 to £32,890 PA. Depending on experience.
