You will: - Responsibilities Define and set the UK & international channel strategy and prioritisation of activities Determine channel plans and priorities Develop Global category strategy to deliver category growth, translatable to local markets Determine the priority drivers from the category strategy Manage Market Insights and research to budget Run Category management projects Develop Global Shopper Activation strategy Analyse Market Performance Leverage data to optimise business growth opportunities Lead an Integrated Commercial Planning process Manage the price strategy / corridors Provide a common focus across markets, supporting category, channel and shopper activation Develop the MDO team capability and dynamic with a strong, empowering, coaching leadership style Inform collaborate, work and influence cross functionally, bringing teams together.
