Role Objectives: The Associate Project Manager at WEP Clinical is responsible for developing, executing, and successfully concluding Expanded Access Programs (EAPs). This role is responsible for overseeing the setup and close-out of electronic trial master files, clinical trial management systems, conducting audits, coordinating shipments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring program deliverables are achieved on time and within budget. The Ideal Candidate: Team Player Adaptable Detail Oriented Problem Solver What You'll Do: Manage or support the development, execution, and close-out of projects in compliance with WEP Clinical SOPs Oversee supply chain coordination and shipment dispatch per WEP Clinical SOPs Enter and maintain program, site, and patient-level data in CTMS Maintain project files, including eTMF and internal/external document storage systems Generate or approve internal and external meeting agendas and minutes Review and process site invoices, track payments, and ensure client invoice accuracy Coordinate and lead internal and external teleconferences Develop and manage project plans and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Submit and manage central IRB applications Support quality assurance activities, including investigations, CAPAs, and audits What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree (in a health or science field preferred) 2-4 years’ experience in project management or clinical research, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer: Private healthcare insurance Long-term illness Cover Death in service cover Salary sacrifice pension Annual leave Paid maternity & paternity leave Volunteer day Great social events What sets us apart: WEP Clinical partners with sponsors to help patients and physicians gain early access to medicines when no other treatment options are available.
