Senior Bridging Finance Business Development Professional
A leading specialist lender with a strong presence in the bridging finance and buy-to-let mortgage sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Bridging Finance Business Development Professional to join its team on a fully remote basis.
The role involves building relationships with brokers, introducers, and stakeholders to generate new business opportunities. As a Senior Bridging Finance Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our clients' bridging finance and BTL mortgage products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Identify new and develop existing relationships with financial intermediaries, brokers, property investors, and property developers throughout the UK.
* New Business Development: Continuously develop new business, identifying and optimising funding opportunities through an established database of financial intermediaries and property investors.
* Field-Based Meetings: Regularly attend field-based meetings with current and prospective clients, ensuring any actions or deals are followed up.
* Pipeline Management: Actively manage pipeline deals.
* Customer Service: Manage both internal and external relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Administrative Duties: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing brokers/intermediaries and ensure administrative and compliance duties are upheld, including updating the internal CRM system, HubSpot.
* Lead Conversion: Work with Sales Support to convert new leads into sales and identify additional opportunities.
* Product Knowledge: Develop own knowledge to demonstrate complete understanding of the company products, market trends, and competitor analysis. Regularly present findings to internal stakeholders and brokers.
* Network and Events: Communicate new product developments to new, existing, and prospective clients and work alongside internal underwriting teams to assist in delivering business terms, where appropriate, to assist in winning business.
