About us
Kemple View is situated in the beautiful Ribble Valley. It provides low secure and rehabilitation and recovery services to 90 male patients.
We strive to provide high quality care to all of our patients and received a rating of Outstanding in all five areas by the CQC in August 2019.
About the role
As a Catering Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
Assisting catering staff with both the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with the company’s Assured Safe Catering policies and procedures
Cleaning and sanitising crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to the required standard
Taking responsibility for parts of the catering operation under supervision
Ensuring the kitchen and associated areas meet operational hygiene standards and comply with the company’s Assured Safe Catering policies and procedures
About you
We are looking for a confident individual and someone who has relevant experience in a similar sized kitchen and qualifications in food hygiene, prep and cookery. This challenging role promises good onward progression the successful applicant; you will need to have the ability to think on your feet, a passion for food and the service you provide.
