This Wonderful Hotel with a 2AA Rosette award-winning Restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade.
About the Role
The Exec Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure the menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. You’ll find traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes on the ever-changing seasonal menu.
Our client is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie who can maintain and surpass the 2AA Rosettes already held by the property.
Main Duties
1. Follow the day-to-day procedures
2. Plan the daily running of kitchen sections
3. Communicate directly with the kitchen team
4. Carry out quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes
Requirements
1. Experience working in a 1AA Rosette establishment
2. Passion and creative flair
3. Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
4. Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
5. Experience leading a section and being a strong team player
6. Bring fresh ideas and experience

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a stable CV with excellent references, experience with fresh produce, NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and a hygiene certificate.
You must be working or residing in the UK, with proof of right to work, and either be a UK/EU citizen, have ILR/PR status, or a valid visa with at least 2 years remaining.
