Role Summary:
The role is responsible for marketing and selling Flux’s ideas, solutions and services to new and existing clients.

Core Responsibilities:
* Deliver a strong and sustainable sales and marketing strategy aligned to Flux’s overall business objectives.
* Deliver profitable sales growth through explaining and demonstrating to existing customers and prospects how Flux can address their needs and add value to their businesses.
* Identify emerging market opportunities and trends.
Activities:
* Developing Flux’s go to market strategy.
* Marketing and promoting Flux.
* Qualifying sales opportunities.
* Running discovery meetings and calls with clients to obtain and understand their business needs and/or to clarify existing briefs.
* Communicating clients’ requirements to Flux’s Delivery team and working with Creative, Production and Engineering to produce quotes and proposals.
* Delivering client pitches.
* Negotiating commercial terms with clients.
* Maintaining accurate sales and marketing MI.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in a commercial account handling / sales role within a creative or media environment.
* Managing commercial activities and tasks to deliver sales targets.
* Managing sales and marketing MI, including sales forecasting.
* Engaging communication skills.
* Creative problem solving.
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship building skills.
Preferable Skills and Experience:
* Experience in creating visual proposals for creative briefs.
* Experience in building and managing a team.
* Creative Cloud skills.
Terms: Full-time permanent
Salary: Financial package negotiable c.£50k basic plus commission and LTIP

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00
Location: Flux’s Hackney Office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with flexible/WFH the rest of the week. Client locations as required.
