Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Duration: Until 28/05/2026
Salary: £30,266 - £33,579 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Administration and analysis of Complaints, FOI, Data Protection and Ombudsman enquiries received by the Customer Resolution & Improvement Team
* Identify Customer Care training and development issues
* Assist with ongoing customer engagement and consultation work
