Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support and intervention to Key Stage 3 (KS3) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet individual learning needs
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Create inclusive learning environments
* Maintain accurate records of student development and achievements
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with KS3 students
* Experience in developing individual education plans
* Strong understanding of SEN Code of Practice
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Part-Time position, expected to work flexible hours
