For our team in Lingen, we are looking for an
Evaluation Coordinator - EMAT Technology (all genders welcome)
For the Evaluation Process, we are looking for an Evaluation Coordinator to execute the role of “Evaluation Lead” within assigned projects.
The Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all evaluation activities to provide project-related deliverables in accordance with client expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and monitoring project-related data evaluation activities and deliverables
* Leading the evaluation team members assigned for the project’s evaluation execution
* Organizing the evaluation approach, defining work packages, and gaining related effort estimations
* Requesting and coordinating qualified personnel as required for evaluation performance
* Pro-active communication and coordination (e.g. status reports) towards Project Manager and within the evaluation team
* Ensuring the quality of the requested evaluation-related results in line with the project specifications by monitoring all quality gates
* If required, providing consultancy directly to client/customer regarding evaluation-related deliverables (willing to travel, if necessary)
* Documenting lessons learned and sharing valuable information
What you will bring
* Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness, as the tasks will require communication to and coordination of various stakeholders, including project management, clients, and analysis team members
* Very good project management skills
* Decent experience in the complete data evaluation process, proven by a certification “Data Analyst” in the respective technology (preferably Level 2 certification)
* Stress resistance and flexibility to adjust to dynamic schedules of project execution
* Proficient in spoken and written English
* Flexibility to travel occasionally
* Solution-oriented mindset and high sense of responsibility
