A realistic OTE of £27,000+

Responsibilities:
1. Registration and management of your personal buyers on an electronic database
2. Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients
3. Handle inbound leads which are provided through various property portals
4. Generate and negotiate offers to get sales agreed
5. Successfully progress sales through solicitor and client liaison to enable exchange and completion
Requirements:
1. Wants to join a successful and growing business
2. Estate Agency experience good to have but not essential
3. Be able to work Saturdays
4. Strong negotiator
5. Fantastic Customer Service
6. Is articulate
7. You are highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
