Youll work closely with managers and leaders, shaping a values-led culture of engagement, wellbeing, effectiveness, and inclusion, all essential for sustainable organisational performance. As a key member of the team, youll be hands-on in supporting teams and fostering trusted relationships at all levels. Youll guide and enable client interactions through the full OD lifecycle, from contracting and data analysis to action planning, intervention design, and evaluation. Youll also collaborate with our Senior People Partners, People Partners, and People Services Manager to drive key projects and priorities across the People Directorate. Your Role Join us in delivering the Quality and Value Programme, a three-year initiative to enhance service quality and financial sustainability. You will:-Support leaders & teams Develop interventions to boost engagement and wellbeing. Analyse staff data Identify trends and collaborate on training and support needs. Deliver leadership development Contribute to modular leadership programmes. Enhance staff wellbeing Support Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions.
