The HR team (People Services) at Heart of Kent Hospice are excited to invite applications for several additional volunteer posts, for new team members to work within our current HR team.
We are particularly interested in HR returners looking to update their experience and students, including mature students, who are undertaking their CIPD or any other HR-related qualification.
We are also interested in individuals who have had experience of HR systems, processes and policies, who have first-class attention to detail, plus a volunteer at an administrative level who is passionate about data integrity, who could help us with some data management, scanning, archiving, etc.
We are a small team of mainly part-time colleagues plus a few volunteers who are committed to improving processes and digitising. We are modernising our HR function, our systems, and our ways of working. It’s all change, and it’s a really exciting time for us.
You will need to bring with you one or more of the below skills and behaviours:
* Policy writing/ updating
* Engagement event organisation
* Process improvement
* Training design/ delivery
* Diversity & Inclusion
* Experience of recruitment aligned with Safer Recruitment
* Experience of HR systems and strong IT skills (even if you are a little rusty at the moment).
* Passion for robust data and compliance
