Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client in the Financial Services/Insurance sector on the expansion of their Talent Acquisition Team.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Consultant who is able to design and deliver a recruitment strategy to attract exceptional talents, qualify candidates to understand competence for specified roles demonstrating an excellent candidate experience by managing the complete vacancy life cycle promoting our client throughout as a 'Great Place to Work' in order to secure the best talent.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver recruitment strategies to attract talent.
2. Manage the complete vacancy life cycle.
3. Evaluate candidates effectively.
4. Utilize recruitment systems (ATS) while maintaining data integrity.
5. Use social media to engage with candidates and promote the employer brand.
6. Research and assimilate key information relevant to recruitment.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive proven recruitment experience.
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.
4. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
5. Knowledge of relevant UK Employment Legislation.
6. Previous experience in Financial Services or management consultancy is desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team within a fast-paced environment. This is for a maternity cover, therefore the initial duration of the role is 6 months with the possibility of extension. The role has been deemed inside IR35 and requires onsite work 1 day per week in Stratford Upon Avon (consideration for twice per month for those based further afield) and 4 days from home.
