We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our dynamic team at a reputable car dealership. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support while ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, and email
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
Coordinate with various departments to meet customer needs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure a professional and positive experience for every customerWhat We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
