Job Title: Fire Service Engineer (Junior & Experienced Roles Available) Location: North-east (with occasional opportunities abroad) Package: £40,000 Are you an aspiring or experienced Fire Service Engineer looking to work on large-scale projects and cutting-edge systems? Join a growing team with opportunities to develop your career while working on diverse and exciting contracts. Key Responsibilities: Service and maintain fire alarm and smoke control systems. Support with or lead on large-scale and smaller-scale projects. Participate in a 1-in-6 call-out rota (not overly busy). Upsell services and equipment to clients to boost earnings. Work on service contracts in both the UK and, occasionally, the Caribbean. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of compliance. Requirements: For juniors: a willingness to learn and shadow experienced engineers. For experienced engineers: proven experience with fire safety and smoke control systems. Familiarity with Gent and Notifier systems is advantageous but not essential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to participate in call-out rotas and overtime opportunities. What Our Clients Offer: Competitive salary on a graded scheme (£28,000–£36,500) with additional commission opportunities (OTE). Company car or van, based on preference. Overtime at time and a half, double pay on bank holidays. 25 days holiday, with one extra day for each year of service.
