What you'll need.

9. Practical knowledge of plumbing, gas or electrics (trade qualifications a plus)
10. Intuitive customer service skills
11. Brain built for problem solving
12. Good decision-making skills
13. Confidence to act quickly and take smart risks based on insight
Values you’ll share;
14. Courage to question, evolve and be human
15. Curiosity to seek out innovation, change and creativity
16. Confidence to challenge convention and look for better ways to do and be
17. Accountability and the desire to empower those around you
18. Freedom to be yourself at work, just as much as at play
19. Acceptance that perfection doesn’t exist and no one has a monopoly on good ideas
20. Recognition of humanity in yourself and others to learn fast, evolve and grow
In return we offer you a bonus scheme, holidays (including the option to buy more if you want them), wellbeing benefits (Cash Plan and an Employee Assistance Programme), free nights in our properties, excellent travel and development opportunities, awesome recognition schemes, pension (the tax efficient way), company sick pay and further benefits tailored to your individual needs.
When and Where?
We believe in working flexibly – this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information.
This is a part-time role.
