About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Group Worker to join our team at The Oaklea Trust. As a key member of our youth services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality youth programmes and activities that promote the well-being and development of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging youth programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young people.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement programme strategies that align with our organisational goals.
* Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in youth work or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
* Knowledge of youth development principles and practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
