We are looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants/Key Workers to work proactively with mainstream schools and prevent exclusions. Here's what you'll be doing: Be a Champion for Student Success: Work closely with schools to support students who are at risk of exclusion, helping them overcome challenges and make positive choices. Individualised Support: You'll work with a caseload of up to 10-12 students, providing one-on-one and small group support both in the classroom and within school settings. Build Positive Relationships: Connect with students on a personal level, building trust and encouraging their emotional growth. Promote a Positive Learning Environment: Help students to engage with their education, make good choices, and understand the importance of learning.
