MANCHESTER
Our client is a highly successful and well established textiles bedding brand in the UK sold to multiple high street retailers such as JOHN LEWIS, DEBENHAMS, HARVEY NICHOLS and many more. They aim to be the branded global market leader in bedding home textiles, offering high quality and relevant solutions to enhance home living and build a relevant, growing and profitable home textile business by extending their brands portfolio into all targeted trade channels in existing & new categories/geographies.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced UK KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join their team in the Manchester Head offices. The successful candidate MUST come from a license textiles/bedding brand/company and have worked closely with the multiple high street retailers such as JOHN LEWIS, Debenhams, Harvey Nichols and many more and have a proven sales track record in the ecommerce /B2C side of the business
RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and grow Branded and licensed Sales within the UK and look for new opportunities

Manage National Accounts and Licensed Accounts for the Brand in UK.
· Main point of contact for assigned customers and develop and maintain long-term relationships with those customers.
· Business Development – seek and open up new business opportunities
· Responsible for costings and negotiations, budgeting and forecasting of sales.
· Work to achieve budgeted sales and margin in line with business requirements.
· Awareness of market and undertake regular market research to ensure correct products are in place and any opportunities / gaps are identified.
· Present new products and opportunities to customers.
· Ensure customers receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
· Ensuring correct branding and marketing support is in place.
· Work closely with internal departments: E-commerce, Product Development, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounts, Sourcing and Factories to ensure all customer requirements are being serviced.
· Stock forecasting and managing of stock inventory.
· Management of aged debt.
· Maintain records of customer transactions.
SKILLS
Experience of working for a license textiles bedding company/ brand is essential for this role and working with multiple high street retailers such as JOHN LEWIS/ DEBENHAMS and many more

EXPERIENCE
· 10-15 years of National Account Management Experience in BEDDING /LICENSE with multiple high street retailers /JOHN LEWIS/ DEBENHAMS / TK MAXX
· Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
· Experience in home textiles (Bed and Bath)
· Experience in Textiles required
Hold UK Driving Licence
