About the role:
Your Coop are looking for a Operations Executive to join our society. We’re a multi-business group operating in Food Retail, Childcare, Travel, Post Office and Utilities, meaning you will get a breadth of multi-sector experience in a complex and fast-moving organisation. No two days will ever be the same!

As a Operations Executive, you will be:
1. Receive operational and admin enquiries from both B2C and B2B customers dealing with them efficiently.
2. Provide unrivalled customer service by continuously going the extra mile.
3. Inform suppliers in resort where any issues arise, or changes are required.
4. Check all bookings and compile important travel documents prior to customers traveling, ensuring all information is correct.
5. Inform customers of any changes such as schedule changes, effectively and efficiently when they occur.
6. Find solutions and/or suitable alternatives for bookings where original requests may not be possible.
7. Support your customers with on trip questions, amendments and issues.
8. Answer general product questions from Travel Agents or the General public on customers bookings.
9. Manage all elements of bookings made via system/websites to ensure all components booked accurately such as flights, hotels and transfers.
10. Maintain accurate records of all correspondence with suppliers or customers.
11. Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development.
Who are we looking for?
1. Some experience in travel desired.
2. Experience in customer service or administration desired.
3. Customer focused.
4. Calm under pressure.
5. Experience in working for a membership-driven organisation desirable.
6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
7. Confident communicator via multiple communication channels.
