Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and evaluating their performance; instructing and maintaining digital and social activity; liaising with estate agents on key marketing requirements; driving the production of marketing material, brochures, and signage creative installation for all of the subsidiary’s prestigious developments.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
To support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of sales and marketing KPIs and play a crucial role in promoting and enhancing brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities and campaigns, assisting in managing the marketing budget, and ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies. Working closely with the wider sales and marketing team to inform them of marketing initiatives/plans and to work with them to drive brand awareness and lead generation. In addition, you will liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders, such as creative and media agencies as well as technical and construction teams, to ensure that all marketing is up to date and in line with brand guidelines.
You will also regularly monitor the success of all campaigns, including weekly performance reviews using analytic packages, and provide general wider marketing support for any other offline marketing and PR activities as required.
About You
Ideally, you will have a degree in Marketing or similar, plus experience in a marketing coordinator role is essential. Enthusiastic with the ability to act on your own initiative, you will have excellent planning, organisational, and copywriting skills, and be able to prioritise your own workload.
You must have practical experience of Microsoft Office packages and excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills. You should have a full UK driving licence and access to a car, as site visits are essential.
