Deputy Catering Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Catering Manager to join our team in Croydon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the provision of high-quality food services that meet customer expectations.
* Assist the Catering Manager in overseeing daily operations, including menu planning, staff supervision, and inventory management.
* Maintain excellent health and safety standards, adhering to DBS clearance requirements.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in catering management or a related field.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work flexibly and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, nutrition) or equivalent experience.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is up to £19.50 per hour, plus holiday pay and a pension scheme. As an IR35 Inside contract, you will be considered an employee for tax purposes.
