KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting directly to the Franchise Director, this role forms part of a strong leadership team who will work together to set and drive the direction and strategy for Used Car Sales. You will provide the Franchise Director with Used Car Sales support and will be wholly accountable for the used car Profit and Loss performance at a divisional level. You will take the lead in relation to supporting the Heads of Business and Sales Managers in relation to the monitoring and delivery of all operational Used Car commercial objectives, policies and standards and you will assume responsibility for improving used car sales volume. You will be heavily involved in lead management, stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing and vehicle presentation, improving the professionalism and performance of used car departments.
