Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Showroom Host & Marketing Assistant to join our Oakwood, Enfield showroom. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Part time position: Three days per week to include every other Saturday. Flexibility to cover Estimators annual leave as and when required.
Duties
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression about the showroom products and services. Full training will be provided.
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for Estimator.
* Provide clerical support to Estimator.
* Schedule showroom and home appointments.
* Provide follow up calls to prospective clients on behalf of the Estimator.
* Handle all Marketing including Social Media
* Ensure the showroom is tidy and presentable at all times.

Qualifications
* Experience in a showroom or office administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using IT systems.
* Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and speed.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
