How you’ll make a difference • The ID&V Assistant Manager will play a critical role as TSB embark on growth over the medium term commercial plan. In driving new-to-bank customer growth, it is critical to ensure this happens safely for customers and TSB, in particular, protecting against the risk of impersonation fraud and financial crime. • Supporting the ID&V Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the ID&V solutions used by the bank are fit for purpose and meet regulatory and policy requirements. TSB have 4 ID&V solutions, deployed over 30 sales and service journeys in branch, via video banking and digitally. A key focus for this role will be to: o Be a 1st Line SME on ID&V management. o Manage reviews and changes to ID&V process and procedures for ‘owned’ journey’s including stakeholder engagement/signoff o Facilitate supplier oversight activity including monthly supplier meetings, manage escalations and enquiries between TSB Ops and 3rd Party Suppliers o Support ongoing risk management activity across ID&V solutions / journey’s including documentation, configuration reviews and be the business lead on medium/small ID&V related change o Supporting ID&V forum governance through agenda management, action tracking, monitoring KPIs / MI analysis and insights relating to ID&V fraud/fin crime prevention What you’ll bring • Experience in identity verification, fraud prevention or a related field in the financial services industry. • Good understanding of KYC, AML and other regulatory requirements. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using ID&V technologies and systems. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with 3rd party providers an asset. • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work. • Demonstrates TSB behaviours whilst carrying out all aspects of role.
