Sales Administrator We are looking for an full time Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave, Fixed Term Contract from 2nd June 2025 until 3rd April 2026. Key Responsibilities: Processing and checking vehicle orders Collate delivery information and pre-delivery inspection instructions Keep customers informed of the status of their order and delivery updates over the phone Arrange Registration and Licences for sold vehicles Invoicing Reporting Essential Skills: Experience of working in an administrative role for at least 2 years or experience of working in the automotive industry in a similar role would be preferred Competent level of organization Good communication skills with customers and fellow team members A friendly and helpful phone manner when handling customer enquiries Confident with Microsoft and able to use multiple systems simultaneously Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic This is a Fixed Term Contract position from 2nd June 2025 until 3rd April 2026, 40 hours per week at £12.21 per hour.
