We create and shape great, intuitive products and services used by billions of people around the world every day. By joining Reality Labs, you’ll work closely with this team of CDs to drive innovation in virtual and augmented reality spaces forward.

Joining our design team, you’ll build experiences for consumer use cases across multiple Quest devices. As we iterate and further define what these Worlds look like in VR, you’ll partner with XFN to define, align and execute on high-quality, delightful experiences. You’ll be expected to design and deliver product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, product naming and more, for platforms including mobile, desktop, and AR/VR.
As a CD working in the product space, you’ll apply a keen ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically from a cross-suite level, and adeptly represent CD on drive-level initiatives and roadmapping. Our org prioritizes a bias for action and executing against a high-quality bar while navigating complex product spaces, such as evolving MR/VR experiences, assessing and aligning our user strategy, and defining key journeys across our suite of tools. Collaborating with partners and SMEs, this role will require content design expertise, product space ownership, and strategic product influence at an in-depth, embedded level as we redefine the work experience.
Come join our team of content designers and work alongside us as we establish and continue to evolve our product experiences and offerings.
