An L3 Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) Support Engineer (Teams, Yealink, Poly, Crestron) is needed for a leading Microsoft-focused company. This role offers career progression, specialist training, and the chance to work with cutting-edge Teams technology in a collaborative environment.
What You Need:
· L3 support experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
· Hands-on with Yealink, Logitech, Lenovo, HP/Poly MTR equipment and Microsoft Surface Hubs
· Experience with Teams Desk Phones (Poly, Yealink, Crestron, AudioCodes)
· Knowledge of vendor portals (Poly, Yealink) and troubleshooting MTR integrations with Microsoft 365 and networking
· Desirable: Crestron AV systems experience and exposure to AV integration
The Role:
You’ll provide L3 AV support, managing incidents in ServiceNow ITSM, working with IT teams and third-party vendors. You’ll onboard new customers by supporting Teams Telephony and Contact Centre setups and take part in the P1 on-call rota (overtime available). Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with UC and AV teams, with a clear path into project delivery.
