Job Title: Field Sales Director (or Business Development Director / Sales Director)
Location: Cardiff (Flexible working, with travel covered) - Expectation of roughly 3 days office based every two weeks.
Salary: Up to £90k base + Quarterly Bonus (£60k OTE) + Benefits

The business is a leading accreditation and technology solutions provider, offering innovative tools to drive success and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a dynamic Field Sales team in a fast-evolving organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll oversee a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving strategy, transformation, and measurable success.
The scope of this role will initially focus on the Field Sales team, with potential to broaden over time as the business continues to evolve.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Empower Teams: Manage and inspire a high-performing team of 6, including 3 BDMs, 2 BDRs, and 1 Team Lead.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing to create and execute strategies that penetrate key markets and deliver measurable results.
Sales Enablement: Implement structures, processes, and coaching to optimise team performance, while staying hands-on to support deal closures and client pitches.
Drive Transformation: Support the integration and alignment of field sales operations, laying the groundwork for a unified sales approach.
