The post holder will support the Senior Sister with the clinical and operational management of the unit, promoting further development of services and utilisation. The successful candidate will be dynamic, hard working, exhibit excellent standards in communication and be wholly committed to providing the very best patient care. This post requires flexible shifts and night duty if required. The unit is currently open 5 days and 3 nights per week, with extended opening requiring twilight shifts for afternoon day cases.
