Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the M&A Partner to lead client engagements and deliver innovative tax solutions
* Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions and disposals alongside the corporate finance team
* Provide expert advice on pre-transaction structuring, demergers, restructuring and inheritance tax (IHT)
* Serve as a primary contact for clients, offering sophisticated M&A tax advice while managing technical risks
* Produce high quality tax reports and documentation with minimal oversight
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing complex tax projects and high value client assignments
* Strong technical knowledge in M&A tax, compliance and risk management
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, including high net worth individuals
* Leadership skills to motivate and mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment
* A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
