The school works from an evidence-based, knowledgeable, nurturing and passionate foundation and is a unique, dynamic and forward-thinking educational provider. We follow a therapeutic and holistic model in meeting the SEMH and special and additional needs of vulnerable children and young people. Our classes have a maximum of 12 pupils and a minimum of 2 adults. We are looking to appoint an inspirational and passionate Key Stage 1 and 2 Teacher to join our dedicated and hardworking team. You will: deliver Quality First Teaching: Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes and across all learning areas, following the school’s plans, curriculum and schemes of work review plans for efficacy assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge. You will have: Qualified Teacher Status or significant experience in teaching the assigned key stage a degree successful primary teaching experience experience of working with vulnerable children and young people.
