Your new role
Working within this market leading business, you will join an HR team for a period of 6 - 9 months. This role will be 100% office based. We are looking for an experienced HR administrator who is immediately available and who can carry out the following duties:
* Assisting with absence management and new starters and leavers process.
* Creating and maintaining files (both electronic and hard copies) ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Monitoring trackers and spreadsheets, producing reports.
* Supporting and running low level absence meetings, taking minutes and completing investigations.
* Supporting within L&D.
You will also be involved in other HR administration; a full job description will be given before the interview.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked in HR administration for at least a year. You will be confident with excellent communication and system skills, you must have the ability to prioritise your workload and have a proactive approach in general. You should have an understanding of equality, diversity, GDPR, and employment law.
