Adecco are currently recruiting for a Legal Scanning Operative to join our key multi-national corporate client. Working within a global law firm in central London.\n\nThis is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm with an immediate start date.\n\nAs a Scanning Operator, you will play a crucial role in efficiently scanning and preparing legal documents. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nThoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle\nOperating high-resolution scanners to meet quality standards, ensuring all scanned images are of good quality.\nMonitoring the quality of scanned images and making necessary amendments when needed.\nCollecting event notes according to priority and scan receipt schedules.\nRegularly cleaning and maintaining scanning devices, promptly reporting any issues to the Team Leader.\nCompleting quality assurance processes according to established standards.\nMeet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients\nParticipating in mandatory training to uphold service standards.\nUse equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient mannerPersonal attributes\n\nMinimum (1) year document production experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment\nSkilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills\nFamiliar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents\nStrong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously\nMust have good organizational skills\nMust be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner\nAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information\nAble to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policy\nGood problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory level\nAbility to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlines\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment\nAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing\nMust be self-motivated with a positive attitude\nProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationshipsPlease note that this is a fast-paced and target-driven position, requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
