What You Will Do Full job description available upon request Support the Consumer Marketing Manager to develop and implement consumer acquisition marketing strategies using awareness, consideration, and conversion frameworks. Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Product, Brand, Digital, Content, PR, Operations, Data, and Commercial Finance, to help drive the marketing agenda. Create and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, working with internal and external creative agencies, optimizing campaign messaging across different channels. Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe. Support the Consumer Marketing Manager to optimize acquisition channels for maximum ROI. Conduct competitive analysis and market research. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high-quality asset management. What You Will Bring At least 1 year of experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally in a Financial Services organization or promoting an app-based subscription. Understanding of commissioning and working with external agencies. Understanding of supporting the delivery of communications plans. Ability to support the delivery of multiple high-profile projects at pace. Ability to effectively oversee delivery work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills, project management, and keen attention to detail. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong, determined communicator and negotiator. Resilience and confidence in your own and Bupa’s ability to succeed.
