A Typical Day in the Job: Collaborate with our data team to support cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with both internal and external stakeholders. Check and clean datasets, including removing duplicates and making sure the data is accurate for analysis. Enter and manage data correctly in internal systems. Create reports and visualizations using custom dashboards to show trends and make predictions. Design easy-to-read charts and visuals using our internal dashboard tools. Gather and organise data from different sources to make it easy to understand. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £20,000 Per annum Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm 27 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays Access to company events and activities Opportunity to advance to the Level 4 Data Programme De sired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Passion for Data Strong numerical and analytical skills Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the team Able to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with different departments and stakeholders A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Junior Data Analyst.
