Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced UA Manager to drive user acquisition for the most promising F2P mobile game in the Web3 gaming space. We’re seeking someone passionate, with a strong background in UA campaign management that can turn great mobile games into global hits.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* You'll develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition campaigns and strategies for our games, navigating diverse mobile channels like Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads and more.
* You'll develop long-term UA strategies, aligning them with our overall marketing objectives and game development roadmap.
* You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences and optimise acquisition channels.
* You'll analyze campaign performance and user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for refining acquisition campaigns.
* You'll manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for all user acquisition efforts.
* You'll stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance UA tactics and stay ahead in the competitive gaming landscape.
* You'll conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine and optimize creatives, messaging, and campaign performance.
* You'll work closely with the analytics team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of user acquisition campaigns.
* You'll foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and platforms to amplify UA efforts and reach a broader gaming audience.
* You’ll shape the creative landscape by developing briefs for new ad creatives and overseeing the production of engaging marketing material.
* You’ll manage relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication and reporting while spearheading UA campaigns for our games.
What you'll bring to the team:
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in mobile gaming.
* Proven expertise in paid acquisition with a successful track record of implementing ROAS strategies.
* Familiarity with user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads) and Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Appsflyer).
* Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies and processes.
* Experience in influencer marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO).
* Proven track record of implementing innovative organic and viral tactics.
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized and detail oriented with an exceptional sense of accountability.
