Customer Service Representative
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
We're on the hunt for a cheerful and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our largest wholesale customer account and help us uphold our "Customer First" approach.
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday - Hybrid (1 day from home)
Salary: £30K- £35K plus 25 days holiday, health insurance, pension, 2 annual conferences, parking and flexible working!
As a vital part of our high-performing customer service team, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Delighting Customers: Respond to purchase orders, inquiries, and concerns with a smile, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
2. Order Management: Accurately and timely process customer orders, despatches, and returns while conducting scheduled reviews of open orders.
3. Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing for customers by reviewing outstanding orders to be billed.
4. Repairs & Exchanges: Process customer repairs and exchange item services with efficiency and care.
5. Team Support: Provide cover for the wider customer service team during holidays and absences.
You'll play a key role in supporting our specialist customers nationwide. This includes:
1. Timely Communication: Handle and process all enquiries across various channels, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
2. Order Processing: Manage orders, despatches, and returns, and keep track of consignment consumable stock items.
3. Demonstration Kits: Administer demonstration kits, processing requests and collaborating with our warehouse team.
4. Service Contracts: Oversee service contract requirements and maintain proactive communication with the team.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager on service improvement initiatives and with Area Sales Managers on customer queries.

What You Bring:
