Job Title: Administrator
Base Location: Leeds
Working Pattern: 22 Hours, 3 days per week (any 3 days). Shifts - 2 days: 7.30am - 3.30pm for 2 days, one day: 7.30am - 3pm.

Through design, project management, consultancy, installation, and maintenance, we play a major role in reducing energy consumption and carbon footprints, helping towns and cities become smarter, greener, and more efficient, which benefits us all.

What will I be doing in this role?
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization and efficiency? Then we need you to join our team in Leeds and support our daily operations in our busy Highways Electrical depot.
In a typical day, you could expect to be:
1. Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
2. Creating job packs for Electricians and Operatives.
3. Logging faults and issues regarding streetlights from the public on a bespoke database.
4. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
5. Preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
6. Assisting with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
7. Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
8. Providing administrative support to various departments as required.

2. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

4. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
