Our client is a leading Civil Engineering and Construction company involved in various infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an Administration Assistant to support their team in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support to the site teams, including updating drawing registers, site packs, utilities drawings, word processing, photocopying, document uploads, and more.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on the internal systems.
* Managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document uploads, and correspondence management.
* Preparing and maintaining vital site documentation including reports, permits, and licenses.
* Assisting with budget preparation and managing site-related expenses.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between office & site staff, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Coordinating with departments to ensure site activities align with overall company goals.
* Contributing positively to the Civils team, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction/civil engineering industry .
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office packages.
* A full, valid driving license.
