As the first Customer Success Manager in the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients not only adopt but thrive with the company's solutions. You'll help customers fully leverage the suite of products, with a focus on maximizing their impact in the Net-Zero space.
If you have some experience in account management, a knack for building strong relationships, and a passion for renewable energy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Either experience in a Customer Success position or a similar background such as Account Management
Ability to automate processes - a lot of the processes are manual right now, but as they grow out the Customer Success function there is huge scope for implementing any automation you think will work best!
